Our training philosophy is not theoretical; it is based on first-hand, real life experiences and strategies that work.

Tracy O'Flaherty and Sheila Murphy bring a combined 50+ years of legal experience to this program. Tracy and Sheila both have served in senior leadership roles in Fortune 500 organizations, and worked as partners and associates in large, mid-size and small firms throughout their careers.

Our expertise managing legal departments and millions of dollars in legal budgets, hiring and firing legal counsel for a variety of matters, building strong networks of senior legal leaders to understand current trends and needs of in-house counsel enables us to help outside counsel hone skills to become an invaluable "GO-TO OUTSIDE COUNSEL" for your clients.

Program Details

*12-month program (live and virtual options);

*Monthly small group meetings to train on critical skills necessary to succeed in the business of law;

*Deep dive focus each month on key skills including professional branding, internal and external networking, goal setting, effective sales strategies/pitching for business, delegation and time management strategies, gravitas/confidence, and communication skills;

*Mentorship by Senior In-House Legal Professionals: Each woman enrolled in our program is matched with a senior in-house legal counsel who serves as a mentor and advisor for the 12-month period;

*1-2 live networking events per year, which enable our participants and alumnae to build and foster key professional relationships and networks;

*General Counsel Panel Discussion;

*Virtual Networking Roundtables;

*Mock pitch exercise and practice for soliciting business;

*One on one coaching based on individual needs; and

*Alumnae events and continued mentorship and sponsorship.
